We are located in Vancouver BC, Canada but use a printing and dropshipping company located in California, so all of our shipments originate from the USA. Please note that it can take 7-10 days to prepare your order to ship.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. To see shipping options, you must enter your address, but this does not commit you to placing an order! Entering your address will simply reveal a selection of rates with available carriers to your area. You will not be asked for payment information until after you have selected a shipping rate, and you will not be charged until you click Complete Order. Please note that if you choose the lower-cost shipping options without tracking, we cannot track the package after it has been handed off to the carrier. If you have chosen the non-tracking option and don't receive your package within 15 business days in North America, or 20 business days worldwide, please contact us at email@example.com and we will follow up.
Custom Fees Notice
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. The customer is responsible for these fees.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
