Our flat rates are as follows:

USA & Canada: $5 per order (regardless of quantity)
International: $15 per order (regardless of quantity)

We also offer expedited shipping options if you'd like to receive your items sooner. Select from the available options at checkout.

We are located in Vancouver BC, Canada but some of our items are shipped from a printing and dropshipping company located in California. Please note that because some items are made to order, it can take 7-10 days to prepare your order to ship.

 

TO SEE SHIPPING RATE OPTIONS:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. To see shipping options, you must enter your address, but this does not commit you to placing an order! Entering your address will simply reveal a selection of rates with available carriers to your area. We offer flat rates, but also expedited options if you'd like to receive your items faster. You will not be asked for payment information until after you have selected a shipping rate, and you will not be charged until you click Complete Order. Please note that if you choose the lower-cost shipping options without tracking, we cannot track the package after it has been handed off to the carrier. If you have chosen the non-tracking option and don't receive your package within 15 business days in Canada, please contact us at info@beatrixandmidge.co and we will follow up.

Custom Fees Notice
PLEASE NOTE: Shipments may incur customs fees, depending on destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. The customer is responsible for these fees. There is an option to prepay duties when you pay for shipping, if you prefer.

 

RETURNS

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at info@beatrixandmidge.co so we can give you instructions.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
